I have continued my service with Envirotreat Pest Control that I've had for many years and I am 100% satisfied. Ever since they started coming out I have never had a problem with unwanted animals in my house. Highly recommend.

We had to call Jeff and the team a few times at my old house for several different reason. Namely possums and mice. Jeff was quick to respond and came out immediately to help, even though we were a little outside of their service area. I will always reach out to Jeff and the team at Envirotreat first.

After a year of good service and a renewal of the contract, EnviroTreat just stopped responding to calls. They didn’t show up for an appointment then stopped replying to messages. $300 wasted.

Not smoothly. We found the scheduling to be difficult, didn't much enjoy the negotiation phase of what would be in the contract. Treatments on the contract were done in the end from our point of view, but only after further debate about whether everything had been completed as per contract or as "extra" service to satisfy a potentially disgruntled customer. That last debate about whether something did or did not happen was irritating/draining during what was already a tough time for us.

I would never hire this company again!!! Request others also to think twice before you want to waste your money on them. They are very unprofessional in there service. Plus they don't do what they market. They only know how to talk big. First they ask you sign yearly contract and tells you that they would come quarterly to treat the home. Quarterly schedule is written in contract. But they don't like to follow contract they will come ever month or two to treat the house, so they can get their money quickly. They mentioned in contract that they will come on quarterly basis and also unlimited time when we report the problem. For me they came 3 times in 5 months. The treatment is a partial and doesn't work. We hired them for mice problems, and problem existed after the treatment. They don't go to the root cause, just do normal treatment with the products that you can buy from home depot. We caught mice using our own home depot glue sticks after a weeks into treatment. So when we reported the problem, and they knew that they wont be paid for the visit, so they try to run away from this commitment. Cancelled the contract by giving poor reasons, so they don't have to deal with the problem. I don't understand how they are in this business,,. when they cant provide any values to their customers

After multiple phone calls with no response, I've given up on this service, and am shopping for another. It's unfortunate, as they previously provided excellent service. But, when a company to which I've signed a contract ignores me for two months, I'm done.

Very friendly, courteous, responsive and thorough. This was the second time I called him, based on the excellent service he provided at my former address.

Here is a summary of the interactions I had with Envirotreat:
Mid-Sept: left v/m but no reply.
Week later: called back and left v/m again. Call returned same day ("sorry they missed my v/m" - said it was a fluke). Scheduled appt for termite inspection on Tues 9/29.
Tues 9/29 - no show. Called & left v/m. Call returned; very apologetic but "Jeff had been in a car accident". Jeff was ok and either he or __ (can't remember his name) would come by next day, so rescheduled inspection for Wed 9/30.
Wed 9/30 - inspection occurred with __. Nice guy, very chatty. He said they were so busy they could hardly keep with existing business (should have been a red flag!). No termites, but discussed terms of starting new service on Mon 10/19 (when  my quarterly service was up with previous vendor).
Fri 10/16 - left v/m to reschedule for 10/21 since I was unable to be there on 10/19. No response.
Mon 10/19 - received v/m but no confirmation of rescheduling, so called back. Spoke to Jeff, and we rescheduled for Wed 10/21 @ 2 pm.
Wed 10/21 - no one showed!!!!!! I was busy preparing for vacation so didn't follow up and left country next morning. (Was very annoyed at this point.)
Tues 11/3 - left v/m, but no reply.
Fri 11/6 - sent email to address on website asking what their deal was, but it bounced back as "undeliverable".  Decided this was not a company I wanted to do business with despite rave reviews on Angie's List and am now pest provider-less.  
Overall, I am appalled at how unprofessional this company has behaved. Missed appointments, lack of responsiveness...this is not how you run a service-based business. I promptly told several neighbors who were likewise looking for pest providers to avoid this company and would advise anyone looking for one via Angie's List to do so as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jeff and his company.  I wish all service providers could be this honest, personable, and knowledgeable.  Within a day, Jeff was at my house solving the problem.  He clearly knows what he's doing and is very nice.  His staff is equally as professional.  I found his rates to be very reasonable (especially considering how desperate I was to solve my problem) and I plan to stick with him for long term preventative services.

Jeff had received many calls about tent caterpillars, but he found time to respond quickly and come right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and affordable. We haven't seen a tent caterpillar since. We will be calling him again.

Great! I wish we didnt have bugs trying to invade our home, but am happy that these guys are here to help us.

Prior to contracting with Envirotreat we had an infestation of house centipedes, spiders and an ever-growing population of ants outside around our foundation.  We no longer have these pests.  We have been very pleased with the results and just entered into our second annual contract with Envirotreat.   Jeff has been very responsive, professional and always a pleasure to deal with.  I would not hesitate to recommend his company to others.

Jeff came at the appointed day and time, identified the ants and treated for them.  I have had his service for a year and have not been disappointed.  They have shown up on time and performed there work with professionalism and courtesy.  The first problem I had was with a small kitchen ant that Jeff recognized and treated for.  The ant was gone after the first treatment.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants a safe reliable pest control service.

Jeff did a great job.  I'm now on a quarterly plan and Jeff has consistently been attentive to my needs.  More importantly...no pests!  Plus, he uses environmentally friendly products.  But the part I really appreciated is he stance on treating kid's rooms and play areas...he just won't do it.  Even if the products are safe (safe as pest control can be) he is extra cautious to make sure he only needs to address the problem at hand.  I used to have a guy that would just soak things...not good.
I highly recommend Jeff.

They arrived on time and sprayed the area where the bees were. He indicated he would stop by a few days later to ensure they were gone. He must have done that because I found his card in the door. Then a few days later another man came out to spray once more and he said there were just a few bees still crawling around. I really appreciated that they made sure they got the job done right.

I was unhappy with my previous provider that I'd had a long time. They had NOT solved the roach problem when I called them for the special service, so I called Jeff after seeing his name on Angie's List. It was great to finally have someone who knew what to do. He has obviously spent time and a great deal of studying learning his business. He came twice for the roaches just to make sure they were gone (they were), and I signed a contract for quarterly treatments. He was always responsive by phone, and if he was running behind due to traffic or another job, he always would call. Very pleasant to work with.

They got rid of the problem that another exterminator couldn't. The only problem was is that they didn't show up the second time and didn't call but it was weather related.
