Moving
We had an awful experience with this mover. They showed up without masks and were unwilling to use ours. They were surly and argumentative about the whole subject. They forced us to reschedule and had the temerity to charge us a $200 rescheduling fee. When the second try at moving came around we had brand new masks for them, but they kept taking them off unless we were right on them to insist. The final price was almost double the estimate even though we provided exact details on what was to be moved. They even tried to charge us the rescheduling fee twice. The only good thing was they managed to move everything and only broke one minor item. Update: After seeing my reviews they offered to pay me to change the review to five stars. I'll let you draw your own conclusion.
