 + -1 moreI called Deco Systems for an estimate on a walkway. I provided the receptionist with my contact information. We confirmed a date and time that someone would come out to my home to take a look at the work required. On a positive note: they confirmed all through an email. On a negative note: I took time out of my day to ensure I met the timeframe provided. I sat and waited...I called...and eventually got through to the receptionist. She apologized about the delay and said she would call me back to find out the reason for a no-show. I have yet to hear from anyone.
Description of Work: Deco Systems made an appointment and did not call or show up for the appointment.
