DANISH BUILDERS INC

Danish builders was hired because they promised to have all work done in 6 weeks. We didn't have a functional kitchen for 9 months. It was another year before the entire project was complete . The cut corners, were rude and didn't fulfill promises that they made. In the beginning, I showed them examples of cabinets that were "finished" they way we wanted. The assured us that they could have their painter do that exact finish. After many many samples we said that none of them were even close. They tried to have us "just install the cabinets " that they had already fabricated (which we never gave the go ahead) and then they would find some way to finish them later. We refused to let them install the cabinets that we didn't even know they had already built. Finally because we were now desperate to have our ripped apart kitchen completed, we hired a third party in Baltimore to paint the cabinets Danish Builders built and let them install them. I have so many examples of where they were terrible but the most recent is now 5 years later, I got a phone call from the plumber they used saying Danish Builders never paid them for some of the work saying that we signed off of it so we were responsible. One of the invoices that the plumber holds is waiting for the inspector to inspect the gas line that was installed to our kitchen. Danish Builders didn't want to have the line inspected but we insisted. Not only is is the law, it's safer.
