CR Improvement was wonderful to work with.  We had a large amount of 6 ft. fencing installed and it came out beautifully!  Carlos handled the project from start to finish with the utmost professionalism.  This was no easy task, as we were fencing almost half an acre of our densely wooded yard.  The crew had to cut through heavy brush, fallen trees, and thick roots just to find the property line.  Once they started they worked like a well oiled machine, quickly and efficiently, so quickly in fact, that the fence was completed in 2 days instead of the 7 days that we were expecting!  Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the work that CR Improvement completed for us.  They are trustworthy, reliable, and deliver impeccable results.  We will definitely hire them again!

This is a terrific contractor.  Ana and Carlos -- the owners -- are incredibly upfront and honest, and clearly communicated the job with me.  We took several bids for the job, they were the lowest bid and offered the most concrete timeline for completion.  I purchased all the bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, tile, etc. They were incredibly clear with me about when they needed items on site, and when to expect items to be installed etc., including providing me with a calendar of expected progress.  I visited the house daily (we moved out for the renovation), and was able to speak with the project manager or subcontractors regularly.
When things went differently than planned -- with a 90+ year old house this was bound to happen -- they notified me immediately.  For instance a crack was discovered in the masonry which needed to be repaired, the roof had more water damage than initially expected.  In all cases, they called or emailed, took pictures to show me what the issues were, made sure I understood why there would be a delay or an additional cost.
The subcontractors and workers were all terrific.  Many of them working 12+ hour days to make sure the job was done on time.  My  ONLY complaint is that the lead plumber was not quite as excellent as all of the other tradesmen. On inspection I discovered a few leaky connections under sinks, and dishwasher installed incorrectly.  However, Ana and Carlos had everything fixed within hours.
When a few weeks after we moved in the garbage disposal stopped working, they were there the next day to replace it (and this is well AFTER the job was completed! -- they provided a one-year warranty on all work, and have honored that warranty.
The work was completed in just under seven weeks, which was a short amount of time considering the scope of the project.
I would hire them again in a second -- one word of wisdom is that they really pushed me to have all of my major design decisions made before the project started -- in other words have all tile layout, kitchen layout etc decided and agreed upon in the beginning so that they were never waiting on me to make design decisions.  This worked out well for me, and allowed for a fast turnaround on the job.

Poor workmanship and abusive e-mials form someone in the company we never met.

Carlos is the project manager and he did a great job. His workers do quality work. We disagreed with the pricing of a few things at times but in the end, everyone was happy. They are very fast too which was nice given our tight deadline..

They were fantastic. The project manager came in on the first day, and communicated with me very well. She understood what I wanted, and she made sure her team did the work to my specifications. She was very helpful. They were all very professional, and I like that they covered everything and cleaned up any messes that occurred. They were not only on time, but they came early and stayed late. They went above and beyond my expectations.

They did a very nice job and took care of all the permitting and inspections for us.  I would definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with the work of CR Home Improvement. The project lasted on the shorter end of the given timeframe. Each and every day the men were prompt and professional (Side note: We even had an incident where our cat managed to wiggle into the subfloor one morning, and the men graciously assisted retrieving her). All of the worksite was constantly well-kept and super clean. Because of this, the work never felt invasive (as improvement projects can often be).
Further, the quality of the workmanship is top notch. The new tile and subfloor are in terrific shape. The subcontracted plumber and electricians that assisted with the project were fantastic. We cannot say enough about the entirety of the experience with CR Home improvement team, from the front office to the guys working here in the house. We highly recommend this group!

This is not our first experience with CR.  CR continues to impress us with the quality of their work and their reasonable prices.  We don't imagine they're the cheapest in town but we've always felt their services are a good value.

We were so happy with the results. It was a 3 day project and they removed the windows and the rotted wood. Each day they took all trash and debris away. They reframed the wall, added insulation (we didn't think of that), added new drywall and repainted the interior. On the exterior, they supplied the Hardiplank and did a beautiful job repainting trim, etc. Instead of repainting the one wall, they repainted the entire room including the ceiling at no extra charge.I've used them in the past to finish the stairwell walls for our basement stairs and paint. Every time I've asked them to do a project, they're professional, responsive and reliable. As a Realtor, I'm very picky and I had absolutely no complaints.  I won't call anyone else.
