JOE MILLER WAS HERE WHEN EVER HE SAID HE WOULD BE. STAYED ON THE TIME SCHEDULE THAT WE AGREED TO. EXTREMELY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. HIS WORK ETHICS AND QUALITY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND HE DOES THE JOB THE WAY IT SHOULD BE DONE. ONCE HE QUOTES A PRICE THAT'S THE PRICE NO MATTER WHAT(UNLESS HIS CUSTOMER ASKS FOR SOMETHING EXTRA). NO HIDDEN COST OR FEES.
