Alex and his team are OUTSTANDING. They have assisted us with several projects in our home, and each was an excellent experience with excellent results. It was fine, he arrived on time. There was a small miscommunication on a repair that was needed and he responded more then appropriately and I was pleased with how he repaired it.

The handymen arrived on time, and were very efficient. They completed their work quickly and with little disruption.

This is the second time I’ve used the services of Constanza Innovations and both times, their work on my house was fantastic. The prompt, polite, expert team of Samuel and Melvin have replaced ceilings, installed recessed lighting, rewired doorbells, performed electric work that included the dismantling of an antique alarm system. All of this needed extensive painting and Samuel and Melvin’s housepainting is the best I’ve found. When you use Constanza Innovations, people show up when they say they will, the work is done right, and the price is always reasonable.

Flawlessly. I called Alexander after reading some of the other reviews I found. We are in the process of selling our home and wanted to make some improvements. I am so thankful to have found him and his crew! We were on a short timeline for the work to be complete for our home sale and I was trying to figure out how to complete the list from out of state. I reached out to Alexander who took my call right away, listened and discussed with me various options on how to proceed. I sent pictures and he emphasized the importance of a site-visit in order to do a realistic estimate of the work. He made all of this happen quickly and was very candid about the time, materials and supplies. The cost was very fair and I was reassured the work would be done well. I was excited/relieved when I came back home the following weekend to see how well everything was done and some extra touches included!! He is ethical and trustworthy to do a complete and excellent job, on time, and within the agreed upon budget and was a pleasure to work with!! We were so happy with the work completed we hired his crew for the remaining items on our list and he was able to work within our remaining budget to complete the work the following week before our home appraisal. Again, he took great care to leave our home clean, tidy and even fixed a little bit of flooring we couldn't fit into our original budget. What a wonderful company to find!!!! He is honest, works hard and really cares about his clients. I wish I had found him when we first moved!!! Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family in the area. Thank you for helping to take some stress out of our house sale!!

Alex is a very talented contractor who maintains very high standards in his work. He has a great eye for detail and does not cut corners. We found him to be very accessible and responsive to our needs. The crew (Samuel and Manuel) that worked in our house were excellent and very reliable. They finished multiple projects in our house under tight time constraints. We're planning to work with them again in future projects and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Alex and his team did an amazing job. He is a very good contractor who has a designers eye. If you allow Alex to give you ideas for how best to achieve the outcome you want then you ll be thrilled with the results. He oftentimes can see possibilities that the customer cannot. Just as importantly he doesn't take it personally if you overrule him on a particular aspect of the job and he works extremely hard to keep his customers happy. Ultimately, the projects he did for me were transformational for my home. Form and function were integrated in a manner that exceeded my expectations. What was a small dark kitchen and a barely useable basement are now features of my home. His work has added significant value to my home but, more importantly, has made it a space that I love to live in. Alex was put on this planet to do this kind of work and he's a master at his craft.

Constanza Innovations did a superb job of remodeling three bathrooms in my home.  The project started with our two 30 year old bathrooms that were in need of a complete makeover.  We added a minor update of the foyer bathroom right before we signed the contract. Our project included total demolition of the two bathrooms including the removal of the existing ceramic tile floors and bath/shower surrounds.  The foyer bathroom involved refinishing the existing wood vanity and the two remodels included adding recessed lights.

We are extremely pleased with the entire project and more importantly the end product.  I met Alexander Constanza when I was looking for a contractor to make adjustments to another bathroom that was remodeled by a different contractor.  The first contractor did not have follow through on fixes and Alexander helped me address those issues with him.  The difference between these two contractors is like night and day. Alexander is everything a home owner is looking for in a remodeling contractor.

It was extremely enjoyable to work with Alexander. He is a true professional who knows his job and asks a lot of questions of what we wanted to get things designed into a final product.  We made several trips to store to pick out tile and vanities. He was very helpful in selecting fixtures and tile.  He has a gift for design and décor.

Alexander has a tremendous crew who do the work.   They are craftsman at what they do.  If there was ever a question on what was going on, he was only a phone call away.

The onsite crew was led by Carlos who was there for the entire project.  He was there on time, did the work, and cleaned up every day.  They are extremely detailed oriented to ensure everything is done to the specifications. 

Constanza does not cut corners.  They did everything perfectly and professionally.

NO dust or dirt!!  I couldn?t believe how clean the house was every day after the crew left. Alexander knew that construction debris and dust in the air would make me unhappy.  He ensured that every day ended with cleanup.

Constanza is a small company that performs as good or better than the big ones. We are thoroughly pleased with the work and the price we paid.  I would have no problem going back to them to have additional work done in the future.
