Great! Mark (the owner) returned my call reasonably quickly, and his price was quite fair. The two men who did the cleaning arrived when he said they would, and were pleasant and easy to work with. We had not cleaned the windows for many years, so they were dirty and some were hard to open, but they finished in the expected amount of time, and left the windows sparkling clean. After they left, we couldn't open a few windows. I left a message for Mark. He came over to our house and showed us how to open them - it was our user error, not any error of his company. He was good natured about it and he earned extra respect from us for that.

My experience with Congressional Window Cleaning was excellent. Mark Haynes was very responsive, both in calling me back and getting the estimate done. He was also flexible with scheduling. His crew of three were very efficient and organized and did a great job cleaning the windows and screens, with no mess or disruption to the house. For the quality of work done, the price of $235 was very much worth it. I will definitely use this company again because of their responsiveness, quality of work, and pricing.

Fine. I called Mark Haynes on a Thursday, 3 workers showed up as scheduled the following day, removed screens and cleaned outside windows and glass on outside doors. Competent work.

It all went well. They showed up, did a nice job, were friendly. I had underestimated the number of windows and that was easily sorted out and I paid a little extra - totally reasonable.

We had not cleaned our windows for years. We checked Angies List for good companies, and got bids from several. Mark of Congressional came to our house the day after I called, looked at the job from the outside, and gave us the lowest bid (by a significant margin). When the work was to be done Mark and one helper arrived exactly on time and got started. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, careful, and worked without pause. I was impressed by the care they took to avoid making any mess at all. My wife and I are delighted with the result.

They arrived on time (even a few minutes early!), introduced themselves and went quickly to work. They were very nice, thoughtful people whom we were pleased to have in our home. Their efficiency was amazing! They were very careful of our home for instance wearing protective covering on their shoes. And they did the nice extra of assisting my husband to remove a window AC so that the window and sill could be cleaned thoroughly. They finished the job in what we considered a very short time. And all the glass sparkled beautifully for the holidays!
