About us

Please note: I ONLY INSTALL ITEMS I PROVIDE. I am a one man shop and specialize in residential plumbing, new and old. I pride myself in providing outstanding customer service and am a 10 year Super Service Award winner with Angie's List. I believe in growing business one client at a time and exceeding each client's expectations in the process. I have no desire to "get big" and have lots of employees or subcontractors. I actually like plumbing hands on and love interacting with my customers personally. The way I do business has been heavily influenced by the Master Plumber who mentored me. His motto was: "Always treat your customers in such a way that if you run into them at a grocery store, they will be happy to shake your hand and not duck between aisles." I continuously study new systems and green efforts as well as bringing some level of "normalcy" to a field that is dominated by "belly scratching Joe Bobs". I am a professional who uses modern technologies to make my customers' lives easier and values customers' time as much as my own. I believe in not wasting and always look for ways to keep the bill for my customers reasonable. This includes estimates; if a customer would like pricing in advance I don't have to drive out to look and charge for it, instead I can usually provide pricing over email with the use of just a couple of pictures. I use iPhone and iPad and can answer email faster than voice mail. I also use iPad for all invoicing, eliminating waste of paper. Please note: I only install fixtures I provide as it is the only way I can provide you with a full warranty.

As always, Mark was on-time, courteous, and professional. I thought he may have to reseal the toilet. He assessed the problem, told me the seal was fine, and recommended a non-plumbing solution. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I definitely recommend hiring Mark Coleman for all your plumbing needs.

He started a fire at my house in September 2016. Many of my wife's clothes were burned or rendered useless by smoke. Some interior damage. This took a lot of hours to resolve. Then he proceeded to lecture me on insurance matters. Do not use.

We have known Mark for a few years. He is always very responsive, on time and efficient. We never had to wait long to get an appointment either. Quality of work is excellent at very reasonable prices. Sometime he provides free advice on small things the email, which is rare to see. Good to have a trusted plumber for all of our plumbing needs.

Mark was great. I sent him a message on Sunday night just before Thanksgiving. He responded very quickly and asked for a picture of the faucet, which I sent early the next morning. He responded with his availability and the cost. Originally he wanted to schedule for Wednesday morning, but when I explained my situation he moved it up to Tuesday morning. He was done in less than 20 minutes. He knew exactly what had to be done and got to it. He is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend him anytime.

Coleman's Plumbing Inc. was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any service. Mark responded to my emails within minutes and answered every question I had. His quote was beyond fair and his responses made it an easy choice. Our curb side shut-off valve was buried and he stopped by on his own time before we agreed on the job to help locate it. On the day of the repair, he said he would be there between 8:00am and 9:00am. My doorbell rang at 8:02am. Extremely professional and courteous and the work was completed in half the time of what I expected. I will recommend Mark to all my neighbors and friends especially my realtor friends. It also felt good to give my needed repairs to a local, small business.

We had 4 estimates for the installation of a new water heater. Mr. Coleman is the only person who made a suggestion that allowed a 19-inch water heater to be installed in the tight existing space. Others would have installed a smaller unit. This reflects on his willingness to think outside the box. His MO is to communicate via calls/emails which he responds to right away and to send pictures of the area where the old water heater is. At first we would have preferred for Mr. Coleman to come to the house to evaluate the task, but we quickly realized that doing it his way saved us both a lot of time. It is also evident that Mr. Coleman is very knowledgeable and can assess the work to be done with the help of pictures. After agreeing that he would do the job, we scheduled a mutually convenient time. He was punctual and after showing him the area, he proceeded to turn off all the water outlets himself to ascertain that they were all turned off, leaving no margin for errors. He took the time to answer any additional questions before he started. We recommend Mr. Coleman very highly. He is definitely a Master at his trade and would not hesitate to hire him for all our future plumbing needs. He is trustworthy and provides quality work. The almost 500 five-star reviews speak for itself. He worked efficiently and in a timely fashion. To top it off, he has a great personality, an additional asset. His price is reasonable and actually less than the previous estimates.

It's been about 10 years since we have been using Mark Coleman and I stand by my review from back then. We have used him and only him for plumbing needs with great success and satisfaction. Most recent was our water heater stopped working and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replaced the part successfully and quickly.

Mr. Coleman did a fine job in replacing our garbage disposal. The price quoted included the garbage disposal (valued at $100). So, I think $270 for 30 min of work is rather high.
