Cleaned my carpet but never moved anything to clean under. I have to clear the space as much as I can just to get as much area cleaned.

"I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the results of your cleaning. I'm a little confused about your comment. I moved everything you asked me to move. The only items I did not move were items that you had piled things on top of from the floor. I even was able to remove all the oil stains from your carpet where you rebuilt an engine in your living room. If there is anything you are unhappy with please contact me directly and I will schedule a courtesy cleaning to address any issues you have."
