Very fast and carpet cleaned thoroughly. Put away things we had on the floor. Basement had not been vacumned and dusted inside cabinets and corners for years.

My carpet was beautifully cleaned! I am so thrilled with Coit, and with the price, availability, and most of all my carpet looks and smells clean. I will definitely use them again and will also rave to my friends and family. Quality work! Thanks SO much for doing a great job. Great. Jon came out with a van containing a large, vacuuming machine and he quickly ran a hose downstairs, spread a cleaning chemical and used this very powerful and effective system to take his time and carefully vacuum the carpet. He is nice person and said that he likes to keep his business small. That's fine with me because he's our cleaner from now on. And I really feel that a homeowner needs a major vacuuming power like his truck vacuum to do a good job. We've had some awful cleaning crews with insignificant equipment in the past, so he is So Welcome.

It went great. The rugs and carpet runners look wonderful. Jon was great. I would definitely hire him again and I would recommend him. I have some blinds that I wondered about having cleaned and he told me what it would cost to do so and told me that I'd probably be better off simply buying new blinds as it would likely cost me less money. I truly appreciate him telling me that. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Jon did a great job on some tough stains both large and small. He's very reliable and pleasant to get along with, and explains how the cleaning process works. He's handled some difficult cleaning jobs so that gives me confidence in his knowledge and skills. Also I live in a townhouse, so at first call, I didn't know if his vacuum equipment would reach the highest floors but clearly that wasn't a problem. Each time I use him I'm always happy with the results.

Very good experience with this company. I bought the 5 room deal online but then added a few rooms once I had them there. The service rep wasn't at all pushy about adding rooms, I had already decided ahead of time I was going to do that since they would be there anyway. It had been 3 years since we had a different company out and stains in the basement that they couldn't get out 3 years ago these guys were able to remove. I will be a repeat customer.

The provider arrived on time. He was very helpful and friendly. He gave tips for what happens when we do get stains particularly since we have a pet. He got out the many stains in our carpet and he was fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again!
