The salesman, Jon, arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave a brief but comprehensive presentation. He provided a timely quote to replace the roofs of our 20-year old townhouse and garage. The price was right in-line with expectations and significantly less than a competitor that wanted to seek partial reimbursement through our homeowners insurance. It took the roofers two days to complete the job. They were very careful to protect our deck railing. Overall they did a terrific job on the roofing and cleaned up well afterward. I would definitely hire Central Exteriors again.

The tech tacked down a loose shutter and flushed a gutter of debris where a squirrel had taken up residence. Company very responsive and the job well done, though the basic, set fee for the visit was rather high.

My estimator Ian answered all my questions and came out a second time to go over everything before I signed the contract. The work was done promptly and the workmen were very polite. By the time I got home the roof was done (1 day) and the yard was spotless. Everything was done professionally and I was completely satisfied with the work. I also am impressed by their long-term warranty.

The work went fine. The problem is that 7.5 or 8 years into a ten-year warranty, the roof started leaking, then it began leaking in two spots, over the stairwell, and in the larger of the two upstairs rooms. Central Roofing sent the roofer who had originally built the roof out several times, and each time said that it was fixed. They did fix the smaller leak over the stairwell (and we had the ceiling repaired a few months ago), but the larger leak, in the upstairs room, continued. Several months before the end of the warranty, in September of 2018, I spoke with Eric Kibler, who said that they would replace that entire section of roof and pay for our ceiling damage. He asked me to send him a reminder email. I did, and sent a follow-up a month later. He never responded, or responded to my (probably two) phone messages. I tried reaching the roofer; he took several months to respond, and said that he'd left the company. The roof is still leaking , and I recently called Eric Kibler again, and said in a message that I think it is reasonable to expect that even though the roof is no longer under warranty, that they do what they promised to do while it was still under warranty. He didn't return my call.

It was an excellent service. They were upfront and tell you what to provide. They did a good job. They were professional, efficient, polite, and good customer service. They were terrific and pricing was quite reasonable. If I have a problem with the roof, they will come back to fix it without additional charge.

Central Exteriors (the contractor) responded to my Request for Quote in a prompt manner and provided a competitive written price proposal. A discount was granted for a cash/check payment. On the date of the scheduled work, the workers arrived on time, began their tasks immediately, and labored continuously until the job was completed. Within a day, the contractor provided a method for me to pay the invoice electronically.

Central Exteriors was the third estimate I got for my roof work. The owner, Terry Greenberg returned my call right away and was able to get over for an estimate within a few days. Terry offered several options for replacement and explained in layman's terms the benefits of each. Once I decided to go with Central Exteriors, the work was scheduled within a few weeks. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. I was most impressed with the clean-up. The crew went through my yard, picked up debris and even used a blower to get old shingle out of my shrubs. No surprises with extra charges and good, quality work. I would definitely recommend Central Exteriors.

I am a real estate appraiser and have seen many roof replacements and know several roofers. Among the three companies I interviewed, Central Roofing was far in a way, the most professional and courteous people I called. Not only was their price the best, the quality of material, including additional options included was notably superior to the other two. There were professional from start to finish, and 6 to 9 months later, the roof looks great and I have absolutely not one little issue with them or the roof. After the siding was damaged on the front side of my house after a storm, I contacted several companies for this repair. Central Siding was one of the few companies that wanted to do such a "small job". I was contacted by Jonathan Harteis who was happy to schedule this work for me. Jonathan was very professional and worked with me in getting the replacement siding to match with the siding that was not damaged in the storm. I am extremely happy with the result and I would definitely recommend them, I will use them in the future for any roofing and siding needs that I may have.

We had estimates from three companies. Luckily we went for Central Roofing, the experience was outstanding. They didn't sell us anything we didn't need. For example, while the flashing was old and kind of dirty looking, they confirmed it was of high quality and didn't need replacement. Scheduling was easy and Jon was very responsive throughout the process. His answers were always prompt and helpful. We would contract them again.

We wanted to upgrade to larger gutters and downspouts, and we got several bids. All were in a similar range, but the service from Jon at Central Roofing was by far the most conscientious and detailed. He explained various options and their benefits and drawbacks but never was pushy. He was responsive in all of our phone and e-mail communications and kept in touch throughout the estimate, scheduling, and execution process. I especially appreciated that he double checked to make sure our house's fascia boards could accommodate the larger gutters before going ahead with the work. We were out of town when the work was completed and returned to spiffy new (large) gutters that we hope can better accommodate the torrential downpours that seem to occur with greater frequency every year in this region. Fair price, good service, and good work are all I can ask for, and I would be happy to recommend Central or hire them again for our roofing needs.

The estimating process and the work performance was very good. However, the scheduling and communication in between was not good. I had to keep calling to get updates on when the job would be done. Finally I was given a date for delivery of the material (a Monday) and a date for the work to be done (Wednesday of the same week). When I called to verify the material delivery I was told that the installation date had slipped to Thursday or Friday of that same week and not Wednesday. However, Wednesday morning came and the installation crew showed up in my driveway at 7:30 am with no notice. The installation was performed that day and the work crew was very professional and the work was well done. I gave them an overall "Good" rating because of the quality of work. The communication with the salesman and the scheduling department was quite unprofessional.

Contractor was punctual and professional. Overall, I have no complaints.

I hired these guys to replace my roof 10 yrs ago and figured it was time for a routine inspection, no specific problems, other than frequent branches falling from trees overhead. $150 fee to inspect the roof (which they said would be deducted from cost of any repairs if needed). He was prepared to take pictures of any damage. Fortunately the roof is in good shape so no further work at this time.

Central Roofing is an outstanding company. We had a very positive experience with it from the time we first contacted the company through completion of our job (we are return customers). In early March, a wind storm damaged the siding on our home, peeling off several panels and twisting others. My husband left a message with Central Roofing late on a Saturday after the storm and we received a call back from the owner on Sunday morning. The owner had a salesman contact us later that Sunday and he scheduled an appointment to come out to our home and assess the situation. The salesman was very helpful in working with us to get needed information to our insurance company and was willing to talk with our adjuster. We believe these actions demonstrate Central Roofing's commitment to excellent customer service. We were also extremely pleased with the final results. Central Roofing did a wonderful job removing the old aluminum siding from our house and then re-siding our entire house with new vinyl siding. Central Roofing also wrapped all of our wood trim around the top of our house so that we no longer have to have it painted every couple of years. We also had Central Roofing replace two kitchen windows. The workers were prompt, professional, and very courteous. They also worked long days and weekends to ensure the project was completed within the promised timeframe. When we started having some "nail pops" on the interior of our home from the work being done outside, my husband discussed it with the foreman and the workers modified the way they were installing the new siding to minimize the amount of "nail pops" on the inside of our home. After the work was completed, the salesman came back out to our home to look over the work and ensure we were happy with the final results. Overall, we had no complaints and will continue to use Central Roofing for any future roofing, siding, & window needs. In the past, we had Central Roofing replace a roof, install new gutters, and replace many windows. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with and we highly recommend them.
