Beautifully. They had a new project manager and he was great. They got it finished in a timely manner and it was a complicated roofline. They were the second lowest bid we got out of four. They did an excellent clean up job and even called back to make sure we were happy.

Eric was plezant and knowledgeable.  He provided ideas about how to save money yet improve attic insulation and advised well with regard to roof color.  Basically, I was very happy with the service, work quality, speed, neatness, and cost/  Thanks Central Roofing!

This went perfectly, just like the complete roof and sheathing replacement they did for us last August.  Terry Greenberg and his team run a great operation with top-notch crew.  Braulio who did our gutters yesterday (with an assistant) was amazing.  They got the old gutters and downspouts off, cleaned the dirty areas of the house that had been covered by the old gutters, and almost effortlessly installed the new gutters.  I think the whole job took around 2 hours, and they did it in 90-degree heat with no complaints and no signs of slowing down.  And they were courteous and thorough; they also took time to clean any debris from the yard and side of the house.

Walt was very helpful and professional. The work was performed to our expectations but I will have to wait for a couple of wind driven rains to confirm that the leak has been fixed.

Overall, I was pleased but some things could have been improved. 

The sales pitch was straight forward and not very pushy at all, which was important to me.  The price for 3d shingle and two layer tear off was very good in comparison to others (I spoke with 5 different companies) and they were able to accommodate me in the time frame I was looking for.  The roof looks great so far and no major issues.

When the crew came to my house I was told they would finish the work before the end of the afternoon.  They ended up staying until the early evening and therefore I was not pleased with the cleanup.  I asked someone to come back to do additional clean up and someone came within two days.  I also asked my gutters to be re-attached, but it is not apparent that this was done.  I have a photo of my gutter with a gap between it and the side of the house. 

One of my larger issues has been with communications.  Usually one e-mail or one phone call is not enough.  I needed to be persistent to get responses.  For example, I had an e-mail go unanswered for 8 days recently. 

On one occasion I spoke with an older gentleman who was extremely rude to me and basically hung up on me because he said he was "very busy."  I was merely trying to get a hold of the sales associate to confirm the timing of the work to be done.  If I had spoke with this individual earlier, I would have not worked this company.  That being said, most everyone else I dealt with at Central was courteous over the phone and in person, once I was able to get a hold of the people I wanted to talk to.

We could not be happier with Central Roofing - everything from the estimate to clean-up was smooth and seamless.  Matt Kline was responsive and accommodating.  We have recommended Central Roofing to our neighbors and he has gotten at least 3 other jobs in our small neighborhood because his estimate was the best value.

Worked out pretty well, and Walt was very attentive. He also noted that I was the victim of another sloppy contractor install job by Richmond American Homes. The shingles were not installed properly which is why I lost a nice chunk of them just before the big rain a few weeks ago.

This is the second time I hired Central Roofing as they did an excellent job replacing the siding on the back of my house and installing a sliding glass door and box window.  I was having trouble finding a reputable company to replace my windows, until I came across an electronic Christmas card from Central and saw they also installed windows.  I live abroad, but Terry Greenberg responded quickly, was willing to install less than all windows at my house, and coordinated the measurement and installation with my tenant.   I have a person on staff to manage my high-end home and he was present when he windows were installed.  He was so impressed by the quality of the work, cleanliness, and efficiency that he took their name and number to use for other luxury homes that he manages.  I am in the US, so I was able to inspect the work the next day and was thrilled with how Terry and his team selected the exact color for the window frames.  I also appreciated that he gave me honest advice by suggesting that I did not need the most expensive window.
They are a great outfit.  I will continue to use them.  They make it so easy for me to maintain my house form a distance.

They did a really good job replacing all the gutters and downspouts for my single-family house. The crew consisted of 2 people who worked fast and efficiently ? they were done in 2.5 hours, including the clean-up time. They were very careful and didn?t damage my flowerbeds under the gutters and they cleaned up well after themselves. The new gutters work great. The price was good too. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Walter showed up about 15 minutes early - great start! He inspected our roof and replaced shingles that were damaged by tree limbs hitting the roof. He showed me the damage on this camera and completed the work very quickly. The price was their minimum service charge for roof repair, so it was probably a little high for just replacing those few shingles. However the service and professionalism was terrific. I know who I'm calling when we need a new roof.
