year old roof, last years thunder storms and snow storm did some damage to our
roof unbeknownst to us from ground until Sunil from Cap City Remodeling (301-526-1423) noticed
that and highlighted it for us, he even consulted with insurance inspector and helped
us get compensated for more than 80 percent through insurance which was a bid
deal for us consider normal cost of more than 10k.
Cap City did an excellent job in rebuilding entire
roof,shingle and plywood at minimal cost to us. Installation crew lead Vilmer
responded to all of our questions and any changes I requested. Bill the
installation supervisor (I hope that is his title) visited several time to
ensure work done properly and approved any updates like better underlayment/deck armor
right away and had his crew go get material within an hour.
I am very pleased and thankful to Cap City Remodeling folks as I was very nervous with them since
they only had few reviews vs. some big roofing companies with hundreds of
review. I will definitely call them with other upgrades.
Bottom line is if you want a big name company with lot of reviews but high
overhead who will jack up price once job is done with hidden and other costs
and weak customer service or fly by night companies paddling low cost/quality roofs by unskilled labor, then you need to look elsewhere.
