Appliance Repair
During the first repair process, I found the technician to be personable and capable, although I was disappointed that he had to return twice to finally diagnose and complete the repair. However, my opinion was altered when he did not even return my phone calls after failing to show up for the scheduled appointment to fix the second problem. There is no excuse for such irresponsibility, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

WE WERE GENERALLY HAPPY WITH MAYTAG AFTER FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO THEM. WE WERE A BIT FRUSTRATED WITH THE ANSWERING SYSTEM IT HAS IN PLACE AND THE FACT THAT WE COULDNT SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHEN WE CALLED THEM. WE WERE HAPPY, HOWEVER, WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM OF ITS SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
