Excellent experience. When I first entered the store, there was no wait for service. "Victor" ,the salesman was very helpful--with choosing blinds, colors, and letting me know the next steps. He was very congenial and friendly. Once I selected the blinds, within 1 week, the installer came out to measure the area, and a few days after that, they were installed. Installation fee and measuring was $45 initially and $15 for additional shades. This is the second time that I used this company, and would use them again. When I had some questions regarding selection, I called the store back, and another salesman helped me quickly make a good decision. No sales pressure, and no pressure to choose a more expensive selection.

THE GUY WAS OUTSTANDING. HE SAID HE WAS BLIND IN ONE EYE BUT HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER. WHEN HE WAS DONE HE ASKED US IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE WE WANTED.
