To say we had an awful experience would be generous. This was the most unprofessional company we have ever worked with. Luis and Karina, the owners, were rarely around. They didn't respond to most emails and were generally very hands off and clearly didn't read out contract.  Their crew never knew what was going on and had to re-do most of the work. They made countless errors that included major structural damage to our home.  We ultimately ended up terminating our contract and reporting the to DCRA because the issues were so bad.  They have not issued a refund and we will be stuck paying for their very expensive damages to our HVAC system, roofing, and structural beams in the house.  Not only that, but they were disrespectful of our home and to our neighbors leaving garbage, food and bottles in the backyard, driveway and on the street. They also operate under the name Concept Design Renovation.
