She liked the furniture very well. She’s not living at home anymore and we had the furniture delivered to her apartment in Baltimore. It arrived when they told us it would arrive. She loves the furniture. They delivered or you can pick it up. My husband just picked up the desk because it was smaller. In both cases, everything worked really well. The desk was ready when they said it would be ready. There was no SNAFU when picking it up. We’ll definitely go back to Bassett if we need new furniture. We looked at other places but some were just too expensive and others just weren’t made well. This seems to be well-made; we looked at it pretty carefully.

The Customer service Manager at the store in Rockville was helpful. The warehouse Manager was too. The sales person could have cared less of my problems. Overall ordered on 12/27/09 final 06/04/10. This was the worse experience I ever had with a furniture store.

We ordered a beautiful sectional and sofa table from Basset, and are very please with the design and quality of the furniture. We also received our order quickly and had a great experience with the sales staff.
