From the first interaction till the project wrap-up we were very satisfied with the services. The estimate was reasonable in comparison with competitors - for the similar scope of work. Everything was done professionally and with heart. The communication before, during and after project wrap-up was very good. The owner, Todd Barrier, was always available to answer our questions, clarify particulars, etc. We will definitely work with Todd again! We highly recommend his company for exterior projects.

Barrier Construction completed a home office remodeling project in my home.  The team was professional and courteous throughout the entire project.  I expected delays but they were right on target with the estimated date.  This was a big project as the room had so much water damage.  The transformation was just incredible with lots of attention to detail.  I had something in mind but appreciated Todd's suggestions as it came out better than what I had envisioned. 
The entire job was done with professionalism.  Each day they vacuumed and kept the place tidy which I appreciated.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and quality home remodeling company who stands behind their product.

We started the renovation process in November of 2012 by interviewing three firms. We were impressed with Todd Barrier's knowledge and experience in regard to the projects we outlined. We were planning to sell our house in 2013 and wanted to update but keep the costs reasonable. Todd was able to give us a good price on materials and labor that stayed consistent and only varied by our selection of products that were over or under his initial estimate. We chose Barrier Consturction because we were impressed with his expertise with tile work. This proved to be valuable because he was maticulous in his installation, never taking short cuts, and taking pride in doing the job right. We added the installation of the windows in a later addendum after realizing the master bath windows showed signs of rot. He was willing to take that task on as well and again, getting a reasonable price for windows and installation. As a result, we're were extremely pleased with the end product and will find it hard to leave our home because of the fabulous improvements. The work was done in the time frame agreed, and workers arrived on time and worked very hard each day. Todd returned calls promptly either by phone, email, or text, as needed. He was always available for questions, and met with me to pick out the design aspects of the tile at local tile shops. He had many contacts within the field which helped facilitate the process. My husband and I would not hesitate to use his company again and to recommend him to others. Although remodeling can be a stressful and disruptive experience, working with Todd Barrier, his assistant, Mike, and his company, was a very stressfree and positive experience.
