It went very well, he answered his phone in a professional manner, responded to a message I left, was considerate of my time, arrived on time and ready to work. He was clean and careful of my carpet, he was very tech savvy recording parts and took pictures on his PDA camera phone. He clearly was an expert in his field a seasoned professional with top notch customer service and client rapport. HE IS THE ONLY PLUMBER I WILL EVER CALL AGAIN!
