"You contacted us for a boundary survey, and we provided all the required information with our survey. We told you that if you want to make an addition to your house, you will need a site plan. You decline the service. Several months later, you sent an email trying to guilt-trip us into adding the site plan for free. I am sorry, but that is not an honest behavior, and we did not provide the service."

Hired AV Surveying to set up property markers and prepare plan for possible remodel. They were very quick to respond. I paid the 50% deposit and they came out about 1-2 weeks later. It was weather dependent. The surveyor was very nice and friendly and took his time getting the layout right. One corner was a bit tricky because a large tree had grown over the marker (house is over 70 years old). It took several hours, but I am very happy with the service. I will say that they were a bit more expensive than I had expected or budgeted, but overall I am satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

AV Surveying made a great effort and spent considerable time to locate all the corner marks. Because our lot is in a non flat cul-de-sec area some of the points are difficult to reach. The surveyor used high tech tools to get accurate results. Thanks so much for their excellent work.

"Mr. Bernie AV Surveying was delayed because of the incorrect information recorded in the Subdivision Plat. After additional research, as you already know, we were able to locate the erroneous calls in the subdivision plat and finalize the survey. We went above and beyond the service we promised, to make sure you have a confirmed and correct boundary. After you received the drawing and we showed you the property corners, you sent us the final payment (thank you)."

I needed a survey before closing on my house. I was very happy with the survey they provided. Our settlement company even asked for Vladimir’s contact info because they said he did a great job and he is reasonably priced. If you are looking for contact or updates along the way, you will not get that unless you email and leave voice mail messages. A lot of them. Suggest they hire an admin or scheduling assistant. Other than that, I recommend their service.

Had to complete the survey in a rush. Very responsive and completed the job before the estimated completion date. Digital files were a major plus as some companies only provide hard copies which in the long term is a huge hassle.

Vladimir is a great surveyor. He did the work to spec and it was high-quality. He went above and beyond to excavate one of our 100-year old original corner markers which was buried under a foot of dirt. This significantly increased the accuracy of the survey. My one request would be to communicate a little better via email on the timing of when Vladimir is actually coming to do the work.
