They were very responsible. They took care of the problem and left some additional chemicals in case there was return of the fees so that we can manage it ourselves.

He showed me all the places the bees were nesting. He killed off 20 plus bees by hand. I have had no problems since. I plan to use him again.

Initially contacted the company as I had a problem with ants in three separate areas of the house. I tried knocking them out myself with different types of sprays available at the local home improvement stores but to no avail. I called Jose who seemed very confident that he could take care of the problem. He came the very next day. I described the problems I was having as he looked in different areas both inside and outside of my home. He quickly determined a course of action and set to work - he treated the whole house inside and out. Jose was pleasant and courteous. He patiently explained how he was treating my home and since I do have two young children this was a concern for me. I am very happy with the service and have now signed on for a quarterly maintenance plan.
