American Pool Service

First of all, Amir and his helper were more than one and half hours late. I had to step away for something else. I put trust in him as a professional to do their work and hopefully retain him for future pool services. Big mistake! When I came back, pool was not started. Pool wall was not brushed. Debris and leaves were all over the pool bottom and surface. These are the very basic things that need to be done to open a pool. I called Amir numerous times and finally got to him on the next morning. Right of bat, he became very defensive and claimed he spent nearly one hour to vacuum the pool. What a big lie!. Our camera showed that he vacuumed the pool for only 16 minutes. I asked him to come back to finish the unfinished business. But he had to charge me for $99. After a few exchange over the phone, he became angry and hang up on me.

Overall, I am very disappointed at his service. I feel he is very unprofessional, not trustworthy and just tries to make a quick buck. I won't hire him again and I won't recommend him to anyone.
