Description of Work: Contract through insurer so we paid only deductible. Company took a while to come out, at a time we were anxious, but once work began, they did it well, quickly, courteously.

Description of Work: There was a piece of siding that needed to be repaired. They also put caulking on the top along the front of the house and around the mail box. We did have some miss communication with scheduling and they thought they already did it. When he did some out, he was on time and even came a little early. He was very professional. I was very pleased with the work they did. I most likely will hire them again.

Description of Work: Update on 15 Feb 2013: Demetri, one of the owners, called me to apologize for any misunderstandings, and wanted to see what he could do. So, we scheduled an appmt for today he showed up on time, inspected the roof and gave me advice on what to do next. I am impressed the company owner and CEO was concerned with customer service enough to want to make things right. Says a lot about this company and their proactive leadership. Company no showed me on roof replacement estimate during Fall 2012. First time, they called to reschedule, then the second time they did not show up, did not call and did not responde to my phone calls.

Description of Work: Removed old cedar shake roof. Removed 15 4' x 8' plywood sheets on platform. Replaced cedar shakes with 3/4 inch cedar shakes. Replaced two skylights. Replaced cabling for two industrial type chimneys. Replaced all flashing. Replaced shakes on shed. Excellent job. Very good workmen. My estimator was on hand via phone or in person during the whole operation. Would certainly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Met with estimator on a Tuesday evening. He was very knowledeable and pleasant. I asked him to email me so that we could communicate that way. My understanding was that he would send me an estimate by the end of the week. I heard nothing, so I called the next Monday and left a message with him. I never heard back from him. Very strange. I would have considered using the company, but it was obvious they didn't want/need my business.
