After submitting a service request, Amazon Air Duct Cleaning responded in less than 30 minutes to our inquiry. When we informed them of the work we needed done, they were quick to inform us that they actually had a special deal going on at the time, which saved us over $300 off the price of the services we wanted! Amazon arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window for our work, and were very courteous, professional, and focused. All work to be done was explained, and every step was done with an explanation before work began. In the end, the pricing for the work done on our home was about half of what we had been quoted from other duct cleaning services. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Had all vents cleaned and sanitized plus dryer vent cleaned. Outstanding experience. All work completed as scheduled. Technician was great and did an excellent job. Showed us before and after views of ducts. Clean as a whistle in the after views. Would highly recommend.

Alex was great, he called when he was on the way, arrived on time, took his shoes off and got straight to work. He showed us before and after pictures and we could not believe the difference. He also cleaned up after himself before he left. Will definitely use again!
