My roof was leaking so I called Mr. Aguilar for an estimate. He was very responsive and came out to assess my problem. He determine that all we needed to do was clean the gutter, seal the roof, and put up new flashing to protect a vulnerable area. Unfortunately one month after the repair, the roof started leaking again. I think Mr. Aguilar is a decent contractor but I will be looking for another roofer to fix my problem.
