I have been using Adrian's Lawn Service for years. They are dependable and reasonable. It is so nice to come home to a beautifully manicured lawn.

Ok, although they cut the grass rather short.

Adrian has been looking after my lawn for over 11 years. We nominally agree to a cut every ten days in season. Adrian's prices are very competitive and based upon the size and complexity of the property.
When it is time for a cut, his crew hits our 3+ acre property with multiple fast riding mowers and finishes the job in usually less than 2 hours. A nice touch is he timed the first cut of the season just before Easter, so the yard looked great after the long winter. In fall, his crew blows all the leaves into our wooded area saving me days of raking/blowing. I particularly commend him to my Seneca Highlands neighbors.

Went very well! We signed up for the year and Mr. Gueyra gave us a free month!

They have been wonderful because out back we have a deck built onto the house and they blow down the stairs and concrete patio.

I have a two acre lot and I pay him $60 a visit. It went up because of the gas. There are some weeks he will not come but most of the weeks he is here. He does leaf removal and what I like is that he does everything. He does the yard, he re-did the deck, the walkway, wreck the weed. They can do pretty do anything that you want. I have contracted him to do just the cutting of the grass and leaf removal but they cut trees and pretty much do anything. H e is very dependable. I can call him even for snow removal. I am glad that I did not have to call him this year. He responds if you leave a message on his phone. If he does not respond that day he will respond the next day. I have to remember that I am not the only person that he has. Overall they are pretty good at debris removal and cleaning up. Price wise I compared what I spent on him last year to what some of the lower prices are. Some of the companies offer lower prices and they say in their contracts that they have to do so many cuts. He does not state that and that means that he might be charging more but he does not come that often, maybe he would come only twice that month versus some of the other lawn caretakers.
