Title Companies
I closed on a property using Abonar Title. Gary Silverman, my closing agent, assured me we could close using electronic signatures. One month after the closing date, I'd received no closing materials and Abonar title had all of my funds. Since this was a cash transaction, this means they had stolen the entire purchase price of my property from me. Do not use this agency. They are robbers and scammers. If I could give 1 star, I would.
