The company representative, Jonathan Burnette, was helpful in explaining the detail options and setting up the appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, I happened to call to confirm and Jonathan told me it had to be rescheduled -- he should have called me to reschedule, not the other way around and not at the last minute. On the scheduled date, the detailer was an hour late and did not call to let us know he was going to be late. We were in the middle of a move and had other appointments scheduled so this was a real inconvenience to us. Once the detailer arrived, he did an adequate job -- in some instances getting the car very clean but missing spots too. For example, the mirrors on the visors weren't touched, let alone cleaned and the stuff he used on the vinyl he also got on the windshield and dash board, making it hard to see at night and it is difficult to clean off.

We at first tried to make an appointment through their web site, but never got a response. We were also unable to reach them through their (888) number. Finally made an appointment when calling their local number (which is hidden at the bottom of their contact page). They were able to schedule the appointment quickly. Though the detailer was late, he did call unprompted to update on his arrival time. He got to work right away and worked consistently the time he was here. We have been using our car as a "construction" vehicle through the renovation of our house and had thought we would never see it clean again. The detailer did an amazing job, vacuuming thoroughly throughout to catch all leftover debris and even getting stains out that we thought were permanent. It's a pricey service, but it was well worth it.

Company scheduled appointment to come to home. Showed up promptly and performed a wonderful cleaning on a very dirty SUV (I have 2 small kids.) The vehicle looked and smelled new. I even signed up for the bi-monthly service.

THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME. OUR CAR WAS SO CLEAN AFTER THEY FINISHED, IT LOOKED LIKE IT JUST ROLLED OUT OF THE SHOWROOM. AT ONE POINT, THE MAN WAS USING THE EQUIVALENT OF A TOOTHBRUSH CLEANING THE LEATHER SEATS!! HE WAS METICULOUS. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
