Do not ever use this contractor. His work quality puts customer's lives in jeopardy. On the electrical, he left ungrounded circuits all over the house - including on the sink garbage disposal which caused shocks to people using the faucet. He stole ground wires to make hot circuits. He used inside materials (MDF) on outside applications, which failed. I also had negatively sloped plumbing pipes, HVAC ductwork with hidden gaps, he tried to support wood floor joints with spray in foam insulation.
He is an absolute fraud!
