Perfect job

The people were very nice and accommodating. The fix seemed perfect when I picked up the car, but the bumper popped out after a couple of days. I returned for them to fix it and ultimately they said you just can't get the front bumper back to its original position. So, either there really is no way to fix a bumper or they don't know how to do it - I'm not sure which, but I would try another place.

My insurance took care of it. They were wonderful. They had a back up when I was there but they kept me updated. As a matter of fact before I even put my car in, he said I want you to know that we wouldn't even be able to look your car for 2 weeks, as long as you know that. That's how busy they were. I agreed to that because I wanted to go to them. They are very professional.

The work itself was done very well. I was told that it would be a 2-3 day job because of parts. It ended up being a week. I brought the car back because the door wasn't sealing correctly (could hear wind noise through the small gap) and they promptly corrected the issue.

Norberto Carmona, the manager,was please to hear that I came to him as a result of finding him on Angie's list. He examined the damages to my car and carefully identified all the areas that needed repair and also how the paint would have to blend in with the rest of the vehicle's color. He prepared a detailed, printed estimate for the repairs and explained that it would take about four to five days. He also offered a discount because we were members of Angie's list.
The work was done within the time period we were given. The quality of the work was exceptionally good. The car looked as if it had just come out of the showroom. I would highly recommend 1st Choice Collision on the basis of my experience with them. The quality of the work is high and the price is right.

We had to call a couple times during the start due to computer issues. Once they had the car, work was performed on time and correctly. We picked up right away and had no issue. I would use them again if needed.

1st Choice, a participant in my insurance's easy repair program, did an excellent job. I dropped my car off after hours after making an appointment with my adjuster. I received a call the next day from the adjuster with an estimate, and then from 1st Choice confirming the work to be done and providing an estimate for the date of completion. Each day I received a call letting me know the progress that had been made and possible delays (receipt of parts). The communicated clearly and completely and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. and better understand the process of repairing the vehicle. I marked price and quot;N/Aand quot; because I was not in a position to judge relative value (this was a covered repair), but overall I feel that their prices were reasonable (again, with no comparison shopping done). I would use 1st Choice for other repairs, even those not covered by insurance.

I had a great experience with 1st Choice. I have never been in an accident before and was worried about the whole experience. Hector really made me feel comfortable with everything, explained in layman's terms what they were going to do. Called to update me on everything and what the status was. Noberto was also nice and helpful. I am not sure about the cost as I went to the bodyshop that the insurance company told me to go to so I didn't get more than one estimate. My car looks great, you can't tell anything ever happened to it! Good attention to detail.

had high rating with Angie's List and our insurance company so we decided to go with them. I called and then took my car into them and they were very polite through everything and I specifically told them to please make sure to look at the exhaust system and they ensured they would. They called and said they were done and I asked again on the phone if they had looked at the exhaust and they ensured me again they did. I came and picked up the car and everything looked good so I drove away. We used the vehicle for a couple days and noticed a terrible exhaust smell. My husband and myself decided to get under the car to look at the system and we clearly saw it was misaligned. We took it back and they apologized and said they would fix it. We came back later and it was taken care of and again everything seemed to be working correctly. A few days later we noticed the windshield wiper on the back also wasn't working correctly, tt was wiping down instead of us. We had to take it back a third time for something that should have been caught before. They were very nice and polite but their attention to detail leaves something to be wanted.
