I called and received a quote by phone. Upon accepting the quote, we scheduled the work to be done later that day (11:00 am-2:00 pm arrival window). Before 2:00 pm, the installers called to say they were running late and would arrive by 3:00 PM. They arrived at 3:00 pm and installed the window in about 20 minutes. I was asked to test its operation to see if I was satisfied. The office staff and installers were professional throughout the process.
