Architectural Service
Architect was always *very* late with his deliveries. On 3 separate occasions, when he was to deliver a product, he did not deliver it until I said I was planning to fire him, would not pay him, and would file a complaint. In other words, it took a lot of pleading, cajoling, and complaining to get him to deliver the final products. A nerve-wracking experience that I would like to help other potential clients avoid. An additional problem was that the architect changed the plans at the last minute.
