While the door repair was done decently, the experience overall was quite frustrating. The contractor arrived over an hour late without any courtesy call to let me know. After attempting to switch out the latches on the sliding door lock myself and causing slight damage, I had to call him back for additional repairs, which came at an extra cost. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time. While the work was okay, if you value punctuality and reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

AGL RENOVATION SERVICES LLC were an excellent contractor they called me right back and schedule an appointment and came on time. They reinstalled a Shutter that blew off the house in the yard. The installation was very neat. Also I had some rusted rails on the Front Porch and the Basement Stairs rails and Basement wall rails. that was refinished and painted Black again. They did a great job restoring the rails. I was totally satisfied with the work. They cleaned everything up good . I would definitely call them again

AGL provided a quote on the spot and was flexible as we needed to adjust our project start date. They completed the project in a timely manner and were flexible with delays caused by a material shortage. They did a good job.

The contractor responded to my request for quote in a prompt manner. The project manager and I relayed the nature of the work, negotiated a price, and scheduled an appointment via text messages. The project manager arrived (on time) in a work van with the company name and contact information printed on the side of the van. He wore a mask (COVID-19 precaution) and removed his work boots at the door. The project manager brought all the tools necessary to complete the work. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes and the project manager offered his business card and indicated he would match any price offered on future service. It was a pleasure to work with this contractor.

AGL is absolutely amazing! He is such a hard worker and he makes sure u are satisfied...if by the unlikely chance u are not, he will fix it immediately! He will tell u honestly if he thinks something won’t work instead of just doing it and taking your money! His prices are fair and honest. I am so glad I found him!

Amazing would honestly be an understatement. Agusto opened my kitchen in 4 days. He originally told me the job would take twice the time but he got it done! He was really professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely hire him again.
