 + -1 moreMr. Mendez deeply cares to do a complete job -- doing the job the right way the first time. It is this, his pride on doing the job correctly, that I found refreashing. His charges are reasonable (given my experience with other roofers). His partner, his wife, makes them a winning team.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof near my front porch. Juan Mendez (owner) did similar repair last year on the back part of my house and, at that time, did a splendid job [he was the third company that did the work: the first two did ineffectual repairs]. Given that, I phoned him back to take care of this new problem. As before, he was fast, efficient, cost effective and his work is superb. He, and his parter (his wife), work carefully and professionally.
