We called Maximus because our heat pump stopped working. Mike came to the house and explained everything that needed to be done, as well as the financial costs and payment options. He patiently answered all our questions. He scheduled our job to be done just a couple days later. Mike was not on the crew that installed our new heat pump but his employees did a great job. Mike came by the next day to double check that everything had been done right. We were happy with the work right after it was finished but we were extra happy and reassured to have everything checked over by Mike. I wish there were more people in the world who were as conscientious as Mike.
