Eagle Tile and Marble

Eagle Tile was on the preferred contractor list from a local tile store. We hired him, signed a contract and then found out he did not have an MHIC #. Uhoh. He asked if he could stay late and work weekends to get the job finished. Yes, please. He and his helper argued and yelled at each other several times during the work. The tile work is very nice, everything else was NOT. They left early every day, and took several days off in a row. Some of this was weather related, some not. He left a big pile of grout and tile debris on our lawn! Many items were left unfinished and we had to finish things ourselves. They never stayed late, until the last day when they were hurrying to finish up. That's when Eagle Tile caused over $10,000 in damage to our house by hooking up a faucet wrong and water poured everywhere. He wouldn't return phone calls and didn't cooperate in a timely manner with his insurance company.  Buyer Beware.
