I had left a review on here back in 2020 about my issue with their service. I did have the charge to my credit card taken off. That usually takes a good 60 days. All of a sudden I started getting bills again . I talked to the owner today and he assured me he would get this straightened out. I have been getting oil from them so long that I actually still had Steve's cell #. He was just starting out and you didnt have a office to call in to. I have never had a problem with their oil quality, timely delivery and respectful drivers. My only issue was the poor service I recieved for what was suppose to be a cleaning. I hope to continue using Dixieland. P.S. It pays to keep the cell #'s of the guys who are just starting a business. You may need it down the road when they get big. Steve also assured me the employees , who tried to cover there error at the time, were dealt with accordingly. I would rate a 5 star, but will be waiting to see if the billing has been adjusted accordingly.

Horrible. The poor kid they sent out to do it wound up squirting oil out of it, burning up panels and wires. I had to open every window from the basement to the entire upstairs, turn the ceiling fans on and open the deck doors. It wasn't just a poof of oil! All said they are expecting me to give them $2,400 to replace a whole bunch of burnt up parts. To be continued...... For now I have a perfectly working furnace that a kid burnt the wiring up on all the way up to the blower, They want to replace the blower too. Have spent about 8 hrs here. TO CLEAN MY PERFECTLY WORKING WELL MAINTAINED OIL FURNACE HEATER.

The truck showed up a day earlier than we thought. We were not home. Our tank was partially hidden by fencing and was not easily accessible. The driver was able to access it and filled our tank without any problem. He left us a not asking that we provide access to the tank next time and to fix a latch that was screwed together. We were so pleased that he was able to deliver our gas instead of just leaving us a note saying he could not access the tank. He went the extra step and we appreciate it!

After shopping around, I determined they were the lowest priced. They were helpful on the phone and the delivery was professional and punctual.

They are excellent. They are my go to place for oil. They always seem to have the best prices. They are prompt. If you need them immediately they are here. It takes about an hour when they come out and they leave the area clean.

Arrived on the day they said they would, very professional and friendly staff. Had no problems at all. They are my new propane company for sure

I had been wanting to purchase a propane tank we were leasing and had already paid enough to own the tank. I called around to a few places and Dixie Land had the best price and could do the work fairly soon. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks before any other company could even come out to install a tank. I called Dixieland a couple of times the hardest part was getting a hold of Terry but that wasn't too hard. I spoke with him on a Wednesday I believe and he scheduled to come out the next week. He was waiting for me to confirm the appointment which I did not know. Even though I did not confirm my husband called to see what time they could be there and they still came out that day. Every employee was very nice and explained everything. The process was quick, painless and affordable. They even let us know our previous propane tank was way to close to the vent, we had no idea. They moved our new propane tank to a safer spot.  I would definitely recommend Dixie Land Energy.

I noticed the A/C unit was running pretty hard during a recent heatwave  and wanted a professional to check it out.  A friend recommended  Dixieland so I scheduled an appointment to have a service tech out to  check out the state of the system.   He was on time, friendly and  professional.  He did his thing and checked everything out.  He didn't  find anything wrong in particular and didn't try to sell me anything me  anything.  He indicated the unit was just getting old (11 years) and  just not running as efficiently anymore.  He suggested I think about  getting a new one at some point but said he didn't think it would give  out anytime soon.  He did give me a quote for a new A/C unit and spent a good 15 minutes telling me about all the technical details about the  proper sized unit, efficiency, etc.  Overall it was a positive  experience and I plan on using them again in the future.

Dixieland Came by 3 times during the winter to pump heating oil after we scheduled appointment and payment. No muss no fuss.
