Description of Work: I called and had my car dropped off on 3/14/15 and asked them to fix my heads,window and fog light. They said the work would be done in 3-7 days. A month later my husband called again to follow up and was told that the engine was just now sent to the machine shop. He called back 2 days later and was told it was never shipped so he asked who was lying about the work and just tell him what is going on. The owner then called and had a discussion with my husband and proceeded to call him a little f***er. We then called a lawyer because they refus ed to give me my car back,or put it back together. I was told I could get the parts in a box. I then asked for my money back and they told me no. I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.

 + -1 moreThis shop had been reccomended to me. I knew I was on the right track when I walked in the door. They are very busy but have time to be friendlyand listen to you. They got my job finished the following day. I was very impressed with the crew, the office and the owners.
Description of Work: Replaced an idler arm. This problem had been mis-diagnosed by 2 other mechenics. Dale knew immediately what the problem was. He also replaced four brake rotors on my truck which were badly pitted from sitting and not being driven.
