"These are mostly lies. You can't please everyone all of the time, but this customer has been completely unreasonable and expected a motor rebuild to be completed in 3 days. They began demanding the vehicle back when the motor was removed. We are working to get the truck back to them in running condition, we are not giving it back to them "in a box" or any other way but running correctly as quickly as humanly possible."
