They were unprepared and did not have the right tools to do the job. My husband had to give them a nut driver to unscrew the vents. They did not bring a ladder to reach the vent on the stairwell so my husband had to provide the ladder and they did not have any tape to seal the duct work, so we had to provide that as well. When it was time to clean the main duct vent, they said someone glued the brush together so they had to go to their office to get another brush. These are items that should have been checked before going to a customers home. The technicians should make sure they have all tools and should be well prepared so that the job can be done efficiently and effectively. When they left we noticed they scraped the walls and did not clean all the vents. This was very poor service, not worth the money and I would not recommend this company. Also note we did contact the company and spoke to Travis to voice our concerns. He apologized for his technicians not being prepared and not having the correct equipment at the time of service. He said he would try to discount the service and would call back, but to date we have not received a response. We will bite the bullet on this one because we definitely do not trust the service. Based on my experience I would not recommend them.

Everything went well. The guys that showed up were professional and nice. They went over everything they were doing. Came fully masked and with protective gear for their feet. They left the house in the condition they found it. I would use them again!

Never ever hire these guys! They are very unprofessional and left the house covered with dust. They brought the big large absorber in the house and plugged it in to the air vent unit. The tube had many holes in it and all the dust from the vents spread out in the entire house. They showed us a few black spots on the inside unit and said it was mold. They charged us $400 for Deep Duct Cleaning One Unit and another $400 for Mold treatment. They "cleaned" the dryer vent from outside the house for free but they took out the debris and the dust in the air. While they did this, they didn't warn us what will happen and our windows were wide open. All the dust from the dryer entered in the bedrooms. They left the house in a complete mess. I needed to take down all curtains, blankets, coverings, cleaning every single piece in my entire house for hours and days. I have environmental allergies and this is the biggest mistake I have ever made for my health by hiring this contractor. If you care for your health, DO NOT use their service.

I’m sad that you didn’t try to contact us to make this right before writing this review. To address your concerns, the equipment we use is top of the line duct cleaning equipment. I can assure you there are no holes in any vacuum that we use. We are dealing with years and years of dust and dirt buildup in the homes where a little dust is always possible but rarely a issue. We completely clean up as we go and when we are finished. We showed you and your husband the mold and you decided to get it cleaned up as well during service. Your husband helped us take down the vents even though we said we could do it and it’s our job to do it. I can assure you the vents are clean in your home and the mold has been remediated. I am sorry there was some dust left behind as this isn’t how we usually work but again we believe we can make everything right. Please contact us directly and we will work it out and make sure you are happy. Thank you"

Great! They were in the area and came the same day! They were very knowledgeable and friendly and wore masks (this is COVID pandemic time, for future reference). They explained the process fully and gave me a quote for air duct cleaning, for when I am ready to have that done. They had best price also.
