They were excellent. Showed up early to begin the work. They talked out the new location for the chandelier. Patched up the ceiling, were extremely polite professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They were unbelievable. There were there from 10am-2pm. Cleaned up and left the place spotless. Gave me a great price. The estimate was spot on. They did not charge me anything over the original estimate. It was a beautiful job and a great service. Their customer service is amazing, you just don't see that everyday.

A two man team came to our home and replaced the broken light switch. Whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. Very clean and professional.

I've used tag a few times now. always very professional and courteous. would recommend and plan to continue to use them. it's $125 an hour and in general they try to round down the time.

Total outage because of my attempt to fix an appliance. Rick called within an hour and had an electrician on site within hours. Fixed and happy!

Back in June, they connected an attic fan that was installed by someone else. The fan stopped working, so I called them back out to take a look at it. Turns out that the fan itself is bad, and their electrical work was fine. They disconnected the fan so we could get it replaced. The electrician was very friendly and apologized for not being able to get the fan working. They did not charge us anything for their visit today. I was very impressed! I will definitely call them back when we get the replacement fan. Excellent customer service.

The electrician showed up on time, was friendly, and ready to get to work. Naturally, in our old house it was a messy and difficult job to switch out an old breaker panel with the new one. He also installed a generator transfer switch and outlet for a portable generator. Most importantly, he fixed the evil 3-way switches that never worked correctly in my house. All the work was neat, clean, and tight. He worked very hard in the heat and humidity in my dark, creepy basement to get the job done. He explained how the transfer switch operates too. Reasonable price for the work done. Nice job!

Tag diligently traced the problem to bad wiring to and old no longer woking light switch. The gentleman was easy to work with.

The morning after Christmas I realized that half of our our house had power and the other half did not. Some outlets worked, others did not. It was really a hit or miss. A co-worker had used Tag and recommended them very highly. After completing the online request, I had a call from Rick that afternoon and an appointment scheduled for the next day. Dave came to the house and did a great walk through. He tested the panel and then went outside. After finding the problem, he had me call the electric company and even offered to talk with them to get the issue resolved. Dave took the time to explain the problem, what to expect from the repairs from the electric company. He really went above and beyond.

Rick was very helpful in discussing my needs, the crews were very good- they were always on time, worked very hard and pretty quickly. This was 3 days of work with crews of 2-3 per day, all day.

I was very pleased with the work, the 2 men who arrived at my house were polite and friendly and went to work right away. They did an excellent job, were very neat, and when they had finished they cleaned up all of their debris. The outlets work beautifully, one was for an outdoor fountain, and the other 2 were wall outlets. I was very pleased with the service and price.
