Sagastume landscaping

The contractor's name was Josh. We had made an agreement with him to do the work. William worked for him. Josh and I agreed on the price and what they were going to do. A few weeks later Josh said he was going back to architecture and wouldn't be doing the job. William and I then agreed on a price and the job. This made me a bit nervous because I was familiar with Josh's work but not his.

I don't think William was ready to be on his own. I do horticultural work so I am very familiar with the standards that the job was supposed to be performed to.

The bamboo has since grown through the covering just like it wasn't supposed to. That was the whole purpose of the job. It has grown through about 6 feet. I have tried calling William to come back and fix it but he wont call me back. He will only respond through a text. He said he has multiple medical issues but this has gone on for over a month so I do not buy his excuses.

William brought a two-man crew and worked with them while they bagged and hauled all of the unwanted accumulation of 39 years. They also demolished all the metal desks, cupboards and large shipping bench in the basement, which had been used in my business over the years, and left everything neat and swept. Al the bagged materials were hauled by them to the dump each day.This work took many days to complete, and William was totally professional, courteous, intelligent and caring. I was extremely pleased with the job. When it was completed, I hired a housecleaning service to do the kitchen and baths and make the house spic and span, now that William had removed all the discards and clutter. I was totally pleased, and so was the new owner. I would hired William Sagastume again for any work of this type, since.he was very obliging., as well as efficient.
