I had delayed in getting this done because I thought is was going to be a time suck. But it was so easy. I scheduled an appointment Safelite which worked with my schedule. They came to the house and were done very quickly (roughly an hour). They called beforehand to ensure that we were still available. The technician was running late but always communicated with us so we weren't wondering when he would actually arrive. In looking at the windshield, you can't even tell it was replaced.

They were excellent. They were prompt, kind and clean. They gave me a free window cleaner at the end that they didn't even had to do. They did a good job. They absolutely had nothing to improve. It took them less than an hour to finish the job. They're pretty much the only game in town in terms of reputation so I didn't call anybody else. They're the go-to people. They did the best they could. The chip was a little bit larger than they're used to but they did a good job. I don't even notice it anymore. They came to my house. It was awesome that they came to my house. I don't even know if they have a store, not that I know of. I think they're just a mobile repair service. They go to your work and they're really good. Of course, I will use them again.
