It went great

I had delayed in getting this done because I thought is was going to be a time suck. But it was so easy. I scheduled an appointment Safelite which worked with my schedule. They came to the house and were done very quickly (roughly an hour). They called beforehand to ensure that we were still available. The technician was running late but always communicated with us so we weren't wondering when he would actually arrive. In looking at the windshield, you can't even tell it was replaced.

Technician arrived on time. Communication about the appointment was efficient and helpful. Work was perfect, and the technician did a great job cleaning up. Great job.

They were excellent. They were prompt, kind and clean. They gave me a free window cleaner at the end that they didn't even had to do. They did a good job. They absolutely had nothing to improve. It took them less than an hour to finish the job. They're pretty much the only game in town in terms of reputation so I didn't call anybody else. They're the go-to people. They did the best they could. The chip was a little bit larger than they're used to but they did a good job. I don't even notice it anymore. They came to my house. It was awesome that they came to my house. I don't even know if they have a store, not that I know of. I think they're just a mobile repair service. They go to your work and they're really good. Of course, I will use them again.

It went great... I was able to schedule my service online, then the technician showed up at my office when he said he would, did what he said he'd do, and cleaned up after himself.

Excellent service. We are going to use them again for another windshield repair.

When he put the windshield in, there are now air bubbles around the perimeter where the seal is.

The work was good, it is just in the last two weeks I have developed a small leak. The other day when it was raining it dripped on my knee when I was in the car. It does not seem like the windshield should leak, does it? It wasn't a big leak, but it leaked. Next time I go out and it rains, it will probably leak.

All I did was put to the order in. My wife was here when they came. There was a little crack in the windshield and they repaired it, so that saved a lot of money. They will do it in your parking garage; they will go wherever you are at. They did a good job and I couldn’t see the crack anymore.

As described... no issues. Made a same day appointment online.

1st attempt-Performed at my residence and unfortunately there was an issue with the installer not having all the parts that were required. The result was the windshield was unable to rest flush into place. In addition the installer accidentally broke a clip that covers the air intake filter in the engine. Installer was honest in his written write-up of the repair that he broke the part which was critical in my efforts to get the part replaced. 2nd visit-The shop manager personally reviewed the damage from the initial installation and informed me that he would be in-contact when all the parts arrived. 3rd visit- Installation parts that were missing were installed and the broken parts were also installed without charge to me. Overall management corrected the situation and the professionalism and integrity were very appreciated. However the quality of the installation staff seems suspect and leaves me to believe the best measure to take would be to have all repairs done at the shop to help prevent any potential mishaps.

Made an appointment online. Dropped off the car. Waiting room is very nice and they provide coffee. It took a little longer to get the windshield replaced than they expected, but the it looked great - clean and they cleaned the inside of the car too. Owner was polite and made sure we knew that we could bring it back if there were any issues.

The window trim was not correctly installed and needed to be replaced. They were very accountable and took ownership of the issue. I was dissapointed that I had to bring it to their attention and take it back to be replaced.

They were great. They came right out. They came whatever you are. They came to my house and fix it. They are quick you call them and they came out the same day. The repair work was simple.

Tech arrived on time, worked fast and allowed me to watch the whole very neat procedure. He finished by cleaning the windshield. Insurance paid for all but $100.

They did a good job in a short time. They took me within a day of my call for service.

After scheduling a time when I could come into the shop they told me it would take two hours but I was out of there in about 45 minutes. The windshield looks good and does not leak given I've driven in several recent thunderstorms.

I was only without my car for a day or two.

From the moment I called them to the moment I drove off their lot, they were courteous and helpful. They did a great job.

The repairman was prompt and courteous. He arrived within a couple of days of making the insurance claim. We were very satisfied with the work and how quickly it was done.
