The work was able to be done in my home. He was pleasant, on time and finished work in a timely manner.

Mike came in with a small part to fix my metal Venusian blinds at a very reasonable price. I could not get help from anyone else and Mike knew exactly what the part was from my description, had it in stock and fixed my blinds the next day. And saved me from having to buy 4 new blinds. He was more than positive I am still glowing from it.

Good work, reasonable price. Will contact them again for future blinds repair.

We hired Mike Nievod on Window Wear & Walls in Reistertown to clean and rehang our drapes. He told us up front the cost and date we could expect them to be done. Mike arrived at the agreed upon delivery time and quickly had everything back in place. We were very pleased with him and his work. While here, we looked through his books which we had asked him to bring, and selected a window treatment for our next project. We were also able, with his help, to select the type drapes and fabrics we will be using when we're ready to do that next project. There will be at least two more after that one.

We actually wound up replacing the blinds. The new ones were custom ordered and arrived in time and to our liking.

I was pleased to find someone able to do the repair I needed, but not so pleased when I had to call for two hours during the workday before someone answered the phone (!). The noise I was getting indicated that they had the fax machine running, but the woman claimed that she "was on the other line." Either way, I was irritated that I had to change my schedule because I couldn't reach them to know it I could pick up my blind. Surely they can afford a better phone system.

I was happy to find someone close by that lives in the area. He was very professional when he spoke to me on the phone and came promptly.

We had quality and timely work done to repairs on our leather couch.

They worked with our time schedule since we were going on vacation. They give excellent service and offer suggestions. They had to take my shades to fix them. I had shades repaired in the past by another company and they fixed them on the first visit, so I wasn't without shades at all which was great. Sabra Productions prices were a little higher but they are very nice to work with.

Nice folks. Pleasant experience. Got exactly what we needed taken care of in a timely fashion. Glad to know about this company.
