Rent Notice

I've used this company for years to handle my evictions. On 05/09/13 I order a "Rent Notice" for one of my properties and then tried to order a "Eviction Notification" for another. But, the website said my credit card number ( THE ONE I JUST USED FOR THE RENT NOTICE ) was not valid. On other tries it took me to some other page. I call them and they said the eviction notification had order gone thru for $150.00. However, when I looked at my credit card statement two days later ; I was charged $150.00 three times. I called them and they said they would correct the problem. When I looked at my statement,I only received one $150.00 credit. I've called them ( Sal )several times each time they said they would correct the problem. No such luck. I've sent them several E-mails ( which they did not respond to ) and called one of the owners ( Ginnie ) two weeks ago . I'm still waiting for her to return my call. SUCH FINANCIAL SHORT-SIGHTNESS. Yes, they've kept my $150.00 but, they will get NO MORE business from me. Between evictions and lead paint inspections services I've given them thousands of dollars and this is how they treat me. People such as this just don't understand that , as I say to them, YOU KNOW.........THERE ARE OTHERS WHO DO WHAT YOU DO!!!!!!!!
