We had a lot of work done by him in our previous house including painting, and we were always very impressed with his work. The wall plastering was very hard and very rough. He had to prepare the surfaces for stainless wallpaper that needed to be removed. He did a lot of prep work because it is a 100-year house, and we didn't want any old lead paint sort of peeling or anything. He is always very professional and very responsive. He gets back to me right away. He is very easy to get in touch with and very easy to work with. He shows up on time. He is very careful about the work that he does and does a very good job. He always takes his shoes off in the house before working. He is very careful with everything. When the baby is asleep, he is conscientious and considerate about walking inside the house. He works alone and very quickly. His price is very reasonable.
