I feel that Cheri is very good at doing administrative/follow-up work leading to the closing. However when it came to staging our home and marketing it, I felt that she gave us some very bad advice which lead our house to be on the market much longer than necessary. We also feel that she did not advocate for us with the buyers and expected us to take whatever people offered because it was a slow market. This was one of the most stressful times in our life and we needed someone more sales-focused. On many occasions we asked her if we should lower our price and she told us to be patient. We asked for actionable feedback on what we could do to sell the house and often got feedback about the poor quality of school and the not-so-great areas nearby- which we couldn't help. She did come through at last minute with financing for buyers who had several loans fall through. We wish she had told explained it was a sub-prime loan at the start, we never would have accepted the offer.
