He is absolutely great. We actually recommend him to people. He is so honest. If there's something that he can fix, he'll not charge you and he tries to help you over the phone. He's so knowledgeable and amazing. I can't help to be excited about this. I would use him again in the future.

When I tried to replace an oven light bulb that had burned out, the bulb broke, leaving the metal base embedded in the socket. I tried to extract the base, without success. I then called Home Safety Products, because they had done other work in the past and had been good to deal with. The service person called back promptly (in less than 24 hours). He explained that the old bulb should be completely removed and replaced, since it might short circuit and damage the electronic controls of the stove. He asked for information on the oven and said he would need to order the bulb. He gave me a dollar price for the service call and said he would call back to schedule an appointment after getting the bulb. He called back about a week later and we scheduled an appointment for later that day. He arrived when promised, removed and replaced the old bulb in about ten minutes, and billed exactly the amount estimated. During the same visit, without any extra charge, he checked out a portable dehumidifier that had stopped working and gave me a repair estimate on that. I was happy overall with the work and will call this company again for any appliance problems.
