I am very happy with service provided by Happy Carpet. Time frame they gave me (between 4:30 and 5:00) was unbelievable short, only 30 minutes! Technician, Piecce, showed up at 4:29. He was very polite, cleaned 3 rooms and 16 stairs. Dirty stairs are looking like new now. Very high professionalism and excellent price: 160 dollars for 3 rooms and 16 stairs. No extra or unexpected fees

It was work well done. They were prompt and professional. Everything dried in two hours and no mess was made. They used the truck system so there was no banging or bumping of machine against the baseboards.

I have light carpet, they have managed to send the same tech (Pierre) who is great at removing stains. He worked on a tough stain in my dining room until he got it out. Very happy with it, they're on time and they just aim to please the customer. The price is what they quote you and they've done well for me.

Very well! The crew was courteous and efficient. I compost my lawn waste and they even accommodated my request to put all the gutter debris into my compost pile instead of hauling it away.
