Emelia and her crew are by far the most thorough and detail-oriented cleaning crew I have ever come across. They do an unbelievable job cleaning our house (as well as the last one). They also cleaned the house after we moved out and before we moved in to our current house. Impeccable! Not only are they good cleaners, but they are also kind, polite, conscientious people. I completely trust them and have regularly left valuables out with no issues. Emelia has also NEVER cancelled on me. They show up in snow, the day after Christmas, no excuses. Can not recommend them enough. Excellent customer service and incredible cleaning.

Fantastic. We have been using this service for at least 2 years now. With a big house and three dogs we didn't know how much could get done in just two hours - but the crew does an amazing job! The owner is always in touch to confirm time and the women work very hard and are very responsive to special requests. We love them all!

Sonia Rivera headed up my whole house cleaning. They did a great job cleaning, but what impressed me most was their great communication and professionalism. It can be frustrating to find a service provider who answers the phone consistently, calls you back, and shows up on time; they do all of this and more. Will definitely hire again.

Sonia & her sister arrived on time. Prioritized my main concerns. They did a deep clean of bathrooms, including cleaning light fixtures & high dusting on cabinets, walls... Then worked their way through my list quietly. Sonia saw that I use her favorite wooden floor cleaner & but Dbl checked with me that it was what I use on my wood. That is really important to those of us that are caring for century+ old homes with original floors! They not only finished my long list but Sonia bleached my big porcelain sink, in the kitchen while she made my wood floors sparkle! They completed it all in the hour & a half that was agreed. Wow! I was so delighted, I text'd my daughter to Thank her AGAIN for this fantastic Mother's Day gift! I can rest easy, as my leg heals. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough positive comments about Emelia and her team. It starts at the TOP, and Emelia manages her group by setting a stellar example and following through. They are thorough, cordial, scrupulously honest and careful. Emelia is a great communicator, and is available by cell phone nearly 100% if the time. In the rare instances when I have needed to schedule an extra visit or change my regular time, Emelia has managed to accommodate my needs. She makes my life and living environment clean, orderly and very pleasant. I have recommended Good News to others, and everyone loves them. They are 100% top notch!!

Emilia has cleaned my house for about 6 years. She is flexible, honest and totally trustworthy, as are the women that work with her. I am still in awe at the way my house shines after they have been here. Emilia always ensures that I am happy with what they have done, if not she will make it right. She now also cleans for several of my friends and neighbors.

The crew came and cleaned so nicely. The owner even shared what she uses for stainless steel surfaces - amazing. She also did not charge when I asked her to clean the window ledges. This house windows must have never opened. When I opened it and saw the gunk on the ledges omg - the ladies cleaned it so nicely. I can't believe it. The service was awesome, the owner and crew were super amazing....thank you SO MUCH for making this house SQUEAKY, SPARKLING clean. :)

Emillia and her team were simply amazing.  They did a great job, working hard, fast, and effectively.  I have concrete countertops in my kitchen that have not been properly maintained.  Emillia was so frustrated that she went home, did research and returned the next day to try different products that she learned about from her research. Wow! what an improvement.

I am so pleased to find someone so hardworking, caring and professional.
